A deal to lend Senj Sant US$ 65 million, following an earlier US$ 20 million China National Building Materials Group (CNBM) recently signed a 1Mta cement project in Mongolia. The project is located 58km away from Ulan Bator, the capital of Mongolia. Inner Mongolia Volan Cement Group, a branch of CNBM will undertake the construction of the cement plant.
